Recipe of Pumpkin Indian Curry

Recipe of Pumpkin Indian Curry

I was also dubious at first .. But it was so right. If you have extra pumpkins at home, give it a try. The sweetness of pumpkin neutralizes the piquancy of Indian curry, and it's a great meal.

Prepare ingredients:
1.      Pumpkin 300 g
2.      Minced meat 150 g
3.      Diced carrots
4.      Diced onions
5.      (All the remaining vegetables in the house could be used)
6.      Curry powder
7.      A little garlic

Steps (40 minutes):
1.      Peel the pumpkin as much as possible, steam it and mash it with a fork.
2.      Put 2 tablespoons of oil in medium hot pot and add curry powder. (I use a spoonful of curry powder, a pinch of spicy curry powder Masala).
3.      Curry powder is basically mixed with oil.
4.      Add minced meat.
5.      Add carrots and onions.
6.      Reduce heat and add pumpkin puree.
7.      Keep stirring until you like the consistency.
8.      You can also add a spoonful of coconut milk or milk if you like.
9.      Finish it.

Recipe of Naan

Recipe of Naan
Super Simple Indian Naan
This was learned by watching Jamie Oliver's cooking show. Because it’s so simple, I originally thought ‘Is it delicious? ‘Such a skeptical attitude. After doing that, I was shocked. This Naan has a taste similar to that of yeast-made scones, but you don’t have to wait for the fermentation time, and you can prepare it right away. Naan is delicious with meat and curry.

Prepare ingredients:
1.      Self-raising flour: 375 g
2.      Original Yogurt: 6-7 big spoons
3.      Honey: 1 small spoon
4.      Vegetable oil: appropriate amount
5.      Cream: appropriate amount (may be omitted)

Steps;
1.      Add honey to yogurt.
2.      Add self-raising flour to yogurt (2-1) and then rub it to a ball. (2-2)
3.      Rub the dough until the surface is smooth, about 5-10 minutes. Then divide into 6 small dough rounds.
4.      Make the dough rod into an oval shape, make an indentation on the dough with your fingers, and brush with vegetable oil.
5.      Brush a thin layer of oil on the hot pan, then add the dough and fry both sides until golden. After frying, apply some cream to add aroma.
6.      Finish it.
