Recipe of Naan

Recipe of Naan
Super Simple Indian Naan
This was learned by watching Jamie Oliver's cooking show. Because it’s so simple, I originally thought ‘Is it delicious? ‘Such a skeptical attitude. After doing that, I was shocked. This Naan has a taste similar to that of yeast-made scones, but you don’t have to wait for the fermentation time, and you can prepare it right away. Naan is delicious with meat and curry.

Prepare ingredients:
1.      Self-raising flour: 375 g
2.      Original Yogurt: 6-7 big spoons
3.      Honey: 1 small spoon
4.      Vegetable oil: appropriate amount
5.      Cream: appropriate amount (may be omitted)

Steps;
1.      Add honey to yogurt.
2.      Add self-raising flour to yogurt (2-1) and then rub it to a ball. (2-2)
3.      Rub the dough until the surface is smooth, about 5-10 minutes. Then divide into 6 small dough rounds.
4.      Make the dough rod into an oval shape, make an indentation on the dough with your fingers, and brush with vegetable oil.
5.      Brush a thin layer of oil on the hot pan, then add the dough and fry both sides until golden. After frying, apply some cream to add aroma.
6.      Finish it.

If you succeed, please leave a photo of your work below.

Diwali 2020

Diwali 2020

What
Diwali, Divali, Deepavali is the Hindu festival of lights, usually lasting five days and celebrated during the Hindu Lunisolar month Kartika. One of the most popular festivals of Hinduism, Diwali symbolizes the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance". The festival is widely associated with Lakshmi, goddess of prosperity, but regional traditions connect it to Sita and Rama, Vishnu, Krishna, Durga, Kali, Dhanvantari, or Vishvakarman.

In the lead-up to Diwali, celebrants will prepare by cleaning, renovating, and decorating their homes and workplaces. During the Diwali people wear their finest clothes, illuminate the interior and exterior of their homes with diyas (oil lamps or candles), offer puja (worship) to Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity and wealth, light fireworks, and partake in family feasts, where mithai (sweets) and gifts are shared. Diwali is also a major cultural event for the Hindu and Jain diaspora from the Indian subcontinent.

In northern India, they celebrate the story of King Rama's return to Ayodhya after he defeated Ravana by lighting rows of clay lamps.
Southern India celebrates it as the day that Lord Krishna defeated the demon Narakasura.
In western India the festival marks the day that Lord Vishnu, the Preserver (one of the main gods of the Hindu trinity) sent the demon King Bali to rule the nether world.

When
The festival is usually between October and November, with the date changing each year.

This year, it begins on Saturday 14 November and lasts for five days, with the main day of celebrations taking place on Monday.

How
People clean their homes and shop for gold or kitchen utensils to help bring good fortune.
People decorate their homes with clay lamps and create design patterns called rangoli on the floor using colored powders or sand.
On the main day of the festival, families gather together for Lakshmi puja, a prayer to Goddess Lakshmi, followed by mouth-watering feasts and firework festivities.
This is the first day of the new year when friends and relatives visit with gifts and best wishes for the season.
Brothers visit their married sisters, who welcome them with love and a lavish meal.

Response to Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) with all sort of masks

Response to Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) with all sort of masks

The coronavirus disease has expanded in the world, and the entire population is rushing to buy masks. But what many people don't know is that general cotton and activated carbon masks can’t filter germs at all. Be sure to choose a mask with a medical equipment license number to be a medical mask with epidemic prevention effect.

The function of the mask is mainly used to prevent droplets between people. Check that there is no specific antivirus or specific antibacterial in the specifications. Especially cotton masks, gauze masks, and activated carbon masks are not medical equipment. Any filtering data has no basis and has not been checked by the state.

The doctor explained that common cotton printed masks or gauze masks on the market can only filter larger particles, or which can be used for warmth or anti-dirty purposes, and can be reused after cleaning.

The components of activated carbon masks can adsorb organic gases and malodorous molecules and toxic dust, but don’t have the function of sterilizing or filtering bacteria. They are suitable for riding motorcycles, painting, spraying pesticides, and should be replaced if you need to breathe hard.

To combat the Covid-19, medical masks, surgical masks, and medical N95 masks, must be used. Regardless of manufacturing or importing, you must first apply to the drug Administration. The quality and filtering effects can be verified before obtaining medical materials license.

Due to the special material of medical masks and surgical masks, they can block most of the particles above 5 microns, and have been reviewed to ensure that the bacterial filtration efficiency is higher than 95%. Surgical masks also have more prevention to respond to droplets and body fluids that may be encountered during surgery.

Medical masks and surgical masks have at least 3 layers of design, the outermost layer is a waterproof layer to prevent spraying of droplets; the middle is a static layer with a mesh structure that can absorb tiny particles and bacteria; the third layer is also waterproof materials to avoid saliva splashing.

As for the N95 mask, because the filter material is specially designed and thickened, it can block more than 95% of sub-micron particles. It is suitable for first-line medical personnel. Due to the high respiratory impedance, the general public is not suitable for long-term wearing. There are two types, of which only medical N95 is helpful for epidemic prevention, industrial N95 is not a medical material.
