Recipe of Pumpkin Indian Curry
I
was also dubious at first .. But it was so right. If you have extra pumpkins at
home, give it a try. The sweetness of pumpkin neutralizes the piquancy of
Indian curry, and it's a great meal.
Prepare
ingredients:

Pumpkin
300 g
2.
Minced
meat 150 g
3.
Diced
carrots
4.
Diced
onions
5.
(All
the remaining vegetables in the house could be used)

Curry
powder

A
little garlic
Steps
(40 minutes):
1.
Peel
the pumpkin as much as possible, steam it and mash it with a fork.

Put
2 tablespoons of oil in medium hot pot and add curry powder. (I use a spoonful
of curry powder, a pinch of spicy curry powder Masala).

Curry
powder is basically mixed with oil.

Add
minced meat.
5.
Add
carrots and onions.

Reduce
heat and add pumpkin puree.

Keep
stirring until you like the consistency.

You
can also add a spoonful of coconut milk or milk if you like.
